The Passionate Programmer challenges programmers to change their work habits and direct their career, rather than just doing what comes along.I found it to be an excellent book.Chad Fowler writes in a very conversational style, filled with stories and illustrations. He also offers lots of concrete suggestions, both large and small.Part III - "Executing" was (and still is) my favorite section.
