This Study Guide is an excellent resource for both students and instructors. The Study Guide follows the sequence of chapters of the main text by K.N. King. In each chapter, a chapter summary is presented, followed by two fully worked-out examples, followed by a significant list of exercises. The fully worked-out examples do not merely present the code; they illustrate the process of developing the code, from first considerations to the final version. The exercises are given without solutions, at the request of the author of the main text. This part should most useful to course instructors, who may wish to assign exercises to their student for which solutions cannot readily be found on the Internet.
