It follows a code first approach. Though the concepts are explained decently to provide working knowledge it doesn't have the mathematical explanations. Code is well structured and explained in detail. Very good guide to get started with coding in tensorflow. The best part I liked was the Hyperparameter tuning with keras tuner being explained very well.
