فقط با pseudo-mutation analysis بررسی می‌کند که اگر کد production تغییر کند، آیا testها یک bug را می‌گیرند، کدام تغییرات معنادار همچنان pass می‌شوند، و assertionهای موجود کدام mutationهای قابل‌مشاهده برای caller را از دست می‌دهند. در صورت درخواست candidateها را verify می‌کند و سپس می‌تواند شکاف‌های تأییدشده را ببندد. برای behavioral blind spot یا missing edge case وابسته به رفتار production است و Polyglot است. برای suite organization، taxonomy، metadata یا distribution report از test-tagging؛ برای .NET line-vs-branch یا تفسیر Cobertura، arithmetic، plateau، project-wide coverage gap یا اولویت test/CRAP مبتنی بر coverage از coverage-analysis و بیرون از .NET از native coverage tooling؛ برای named-target CRAP از crap-score؛ برای new suite از code-testing-agent؛ و برای assertion/smell audit یا mutation tool استفاده نکنید.
